Anti Aging Exercise

Schedule 10 to 30 min daily.

Do "something
physical" preferably
your hobby. You will do it even if you are dead tired. Cardio is a must.

Do something
that it is in your budget. You
do not have to spend extra money.

Exercise with a friend or two. It is more fun!

Learn yoga
and do it at least 10 min a day.

Hot bath, sauna at least
once a week as a fantastic way
to unwind, revitalize, and clean
the body of toxins.

abuse up to 18 times...
Do not let it come to that
point. Your body will say no more and
